Our menus are based on the freshest of ingredients available to us and because of the favourable climate there are many more varieties of fruits and vegetables available than in Northern Europe. We use fresh fish which is in abundance in Portugal due to the largely unspoilt Atlantic coastline which surrounds the western and southern shores of Portugal.
Taking these ingredients we prepare menus to suit your requirements. All menus items are hand made with great care and attention to flavour and presentation. Personalising your party is what we do best. We will arrange a meeting prior to your event to discuss your requirements, so whether you require vegetarian food, organic food, have special dietary requirements or would just like to agree a personalised menu, you can be confident the Algarve Kitchen Angels will deliver.
