Main Courses


Duck breast cooked in a water bath then pan fried served with potato fondant, beetroot fondant and celeriac fondant, carrot star anise puree, orange beetroot gel, honey glazed baby carrots with a blackberry port jus.


A delicious fresh sea bass fillet, pan fried with a crispy skin and served with a creamy fennel and garlic puree. Served with prawn tortellini, pan roasted fennel, baby leeks and mushrooms and finished with samphire grass and a tangy buerre blanc sauce.

A Prime fillet of beef with fondant potatoes, cumin carrot puree, bacon and mushroom stuffed cabbage parcels, parsnip crisps and port sauce  

A great family meal. Succulent chicken cooked with lardons, shallots, carrots, leeks, white wine and herbs.


A fresh chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, basil and black olive tapanade and wrapped in presunto. Served with a sun dried tomato and basil cream sauce and sauteed spinach.  

Local Algarvean loin of pork wrapped in presunto with dauphinoise potatoes, homemade spiced apple chutney and seasonal vegetables.
