Amanda’s Tarte De Natas

This recipe by my friend Amanda, is always requested!

I serve with strawberries, chopped mint and a pinch of sugar.

Or if I’m feeling really naughty I add a homemade shortbread biscuit.

Tarte De Natas

600ml of cream

8 sheets of gelatine

1 can 360g condensed milk

1 pack Tea time biscuits

Grind biscuits and line a round 12″ baking tray.

Dissolve gelatine in banho maria Beat cream, When cream is forming stiff peaks add condensed milk.

Add gelatine and mix very well, pour into tin.

Place in fridge for 2-3 hours before eating.

Can be frozen directly.
